We have an application process, $45 per adult for app fees. All adults must apply and submit separate applications.  We check rental history, background, credit and proof of income must be 3x the monthly rent. ALL APPLICATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Application fees required to process applications-takes 2-3 business days. (If we have all required documents) Submit identification & proof of income via E-mail to chappellrentals@aol.com or text to 904-485-2635 ( we can print anything 😁)
Our homes are available on a "first come, first serve" basis and are not reserved until a hold/security rental deposit is paid. The Rental Deposit shall be refunded ONLY if Applicant is not approved. (Full Rental deposit shall be forfeited) Landlord or Management may withdraw approval even after approval at any time before a lease agreement is fully executed for any reason.
